Gary Leland – Podcast Pickle



Gary Leland – Podcast Hall of Fame inductee was the founder of the Podcast Pickle website and played a instrumental role in the early days with the website, he has went on to be one of the founders of Podcast Movement and is known throughout the Softball world for his show Fast Pitch Softball. Gary shares his story on how he has tied his business to his podcast from the very beginning and gives a perspective from a successful business person on how podcasting has changed his business.

  1. I love the concept of this podcast and how well it is living up to its promise. I have been lucky to have connected with a podcast vet (he started in 2005 I think). His sense of community is amazing. I know of at least 3 or 4 podcasts in our niche that wouldn’t have existed without him. From him I got the attitude that you need to pay it forward. He helped us, so if I can help anyone else in the podcast community I will.

    The big takeaway I’ve been getting from these episodes is that community and looking out for one another was a big thing. Must have been a great time to be doing this.

    Thanks for documenting the history for us. It is so important that it is done by the people who were actually there.
